FAQ
We primarily operate in Osaka, Tokyo, Okinawa and Bali Indonesia. But we are available for travel both domestically and internationally for special projects.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for photography and videography sessions, especially for larger events like weddings.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the session will incur a cancellation fee. However, we are happy to reschedule your session if needed.
While our standard packages deliver fully edited photos and videos, raw files are available upon request for an additional charge.
We use high-end professional cameras, lenses, and lighting to ensure the best quality in every shot. Our videography equipment also includes stabilizers, drones, and audio recording gear for top-notch results.
